Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms apply to the use of the Rivkin Catering order and event management system and its related sites and services. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who operates the service

Rivkin Events Ltd., trading as "Rivkin Catering" ("we", "us", "the company").

Contact: using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

2. The service

The system is used by:

  • Our staff, to manage orders, events, the kitchen, delivery, pickup and coupons.
  • Business clients, to place and track orders in the client portal.
  • Private customers, to order and track orders on the dedicated sites (catering trays, events, coupons).

The terms, price, pickup or delivery and payment of each order are those shown when ordering, or those agreed with the business client.

3. Accounts and sign-in

  • Sign-in details (username, password, PIN or Sign in with Google) are personal and may not be shared. Users are responsible for activity in their account.
  • Sign in with Google works only for an existing staff account whose e-mail address matches the Google account.
  • We may disable an account if we suspect misuse, or when employment or the engagement ends.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to try to bypass security or permissions.
  • Give accurate details. Enter other people's personal information (for example portion recipients) only when you are authorised to or they have agreed.
  • Do not overload the service or access it automatically, except through the interfaces we provide for that.

5. Messages

When you give a phone number or e-mail address in an order, we may send you service messages about that order by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail. You can opt out of marketing at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The system, design, logo, images and content belong to the company or their respective owners. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but outages, maintenance downtime and errors may occur.

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the updated terms.
