1. How to request deletion

Send us a request using the contact details at the bottom of this page. Please include your name and the phone number or e-mail you used with us, so we can find your information and confirm the request is yours.

If you used our service through Facebook or WhatsApp: removing the app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) sends us a deletion request automatically. You will get a confirmation code and a page where you can check the status of the request.

Staff who signed in with Google can also revoke access in their Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

2. What is deleted

  • Contact details (name, phone, e-mail, address), except where they are needed for records the law requires us to keep.
  • WhatsApp conversations and messages, message logs, and the Telegram connection.
  • Portal or system user accounts, including the Google sign-in link.
  • Marketing consent: the number and e-mail are marked as opted out, so no further marketing is sent to them.

3. What we must keep by law

Invoices, receipts and accounting records of completed orders are kept as tax law requires (usually 7 years). Where possible, only the minimum needed is kept. Information needed to resolve an open dispute or claim is also kept until it is resolved.

4. Timeframe

We acknowledge the request and complete it within 30 days at the latest. We will let you know when it is done; for requests that came through Meta, the status page is updated too.

5. Checking the status

If you received a confirmation code, you can check the status of your request on the "Deletion request status" page (/data-deletion/status).
